New Changes In Our Opening Sequence

We decided to change our thriller (again) because of technical problems such (e.g. not being able to film in an airport). We are now filming the entire opening sequence in Cornhill instead than in a Hotel. It no longer has anything to do with the Olympics games but instead of that she is going to try to kill someone important (probably from the government).
There is no longer a radio involved in the scene. We changed her clothing to a blouse, black fitted trousers, black high-heels and a fur coat. The important politician will arrive in a Range Rover (we will film this using Go-pros). We chose as an actor to interpret this politician Ted Jackson.
There is also an important feature in our opening sequence that appeals to a large audience: a girl with a gun, similar to Jackie Brown.

Script of my opening sequence

Radio: The eyes of the world will be on London on 27 July 2012 for the Opening Ceremony of the London 2012 Olympic Games. The Ceremony will mark the beginning of the Olympiad. It will provide an opportunity for the world to view the artistic expression of Danny Boyle and his team, and the culture of our Host City and the UK. All the hotels are fully booked for the event. Many imporant people are going to be arriving. You can feel the tension and excitment rising.

Audition trailer analyses

Dark lighting when you first see the girl to show she is dangerous. The telephone rings but she doesn’t answer which shows that she has probably has done something not very good and doesn’t what to be discovered. There is peaceful music and we see her dressed in a white leotard dancing which is in contrast with her killing a man. The low angle of her and the high angle shot of the man shows that she has power over him. This subverts the stereotype that women are less powerful than men. From all this information we can understand that this film is a thriller and that the woman will be a killer. The dominant colours are black and brown which are very mysterious colours
